Amira

While this isn't a Georgian restaurant, one place to check out is the Lebanese restaurant Amira on 24 Ilo Mosashvili St. The owner is a Lebanese man married to a Georgian and he ensures that all the ingredients are fresh and good quality. The environment is very calm and all the dishes are delicious. You can sit on the couches in the entrance, or on the little balcony they have that

overlooks the restaurant. One thing I highly

recommend ordering is the Mezze. It has a falafel,

a small salad with lemon, and three types of

hummuses. It comes with their tasty pita bread

and even though it might look small, it's pretty

filling. Another great thing to order is their house

lemonade, which is freshly squeezed lemonade

with mint and other herbs, making it a nice

refreshing drink. The restaurant is a little fancy

but the prices are reasonable considering how

good the food is. Overall, Amira is a great place to check out whether or not you end                                          up getting tired of Georgian cuisine, because it's a good example of how Tbilisi has a                                       lot more diversity than you might first expect.
