Lolita

Lolita is a hip cafe/bar located on 7 Belinski st (that being said it's more cafe than bar). The central courtyard that is overlooked by the bar is the most popular seating area, and is almost always packed. The reason is because the courtyard is partially open, so it's a great way to experience the Tbilisi open air without having to completely deal with being outside. The food is modern but the place is mainly to have a small meal while chatting with friends rather than going to feast. This is especially true considering the service can be a little lacking because of how busy it gets, but in the end it is seriously a good place to hang out. There's good music (mainly alternative like Cage the Elephant and The Stokes) and it's almost always filled with young people. The alcoholic drinks (allegedly) are good, but their juices and other virgin drinks are delicious, so you're not missing out. In terms of prices, Lolita is moderately pricey, depending on what you order, but nevertheless you should definitely check it out while in Tbilisi if you're looking for a cool casual place to hang out with friends while people watching local Tbilisians enjoying their afternoons.
